Construction

Manufactured and modular homes are precision-built in climate-controlled facilities, then shipped and assembled on-site. All prefabricated homes must meet federal codes administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which assures strength and durability, fire resistance, energy efficiency and quality.

Because each of our manufactured homes is precision-built in a state-of-the-art facility, we use labor and money-saving techniques not practical for the average site builder. This gives you more home for your money.

Since 1976, the Federal Government’s Department of Housing and Urban Development has regulated the construction of all manufactured and prefabricated homes. Previously, standards and codes were voluntary. Today, quality homes built by Adventure meet or exceed all local, municipal or federal codes as applicable.
